Privacy

What we collect

• Account: name, email, and password. The password is stored by the sign-in provider, not by us in plain text.
• Billing: Stripe customer and subscription ids, protection amount, status, and renewal date. Card numbers stay at Stripe.
• Claims: type, date of loss, address, phone, carrier, and the description you write.
• A commercial membership stores the business name from checkout.
• Messages sent through the contact form.

Who processes it

Supabase hosts the database and sign-in. Stripe hosts checkout, memberships, and the billing portal. Resend sends membership email: welcome, password, payment failed, cancellation, claim received, and notices to the desk. Privacy requests go to darwin@dopvip.com.

Why

To create the membership, bill it, review a deductible-offset request, and answer a message you sent. We do not buy marketing lists, and we do not sell member information.

How long

Account, billing, and claim rows stay while the membership, a payment record, or a dispute is still open.
