Let’s look at some key aspects of membership.

Your monthly DOP VIP membership subscription comes with whatever amount of deductible offset protection you’ve decided to purchase (see below), which you’ll receive after contacting us with the necessary information following the filing of your insurance claim. You’ll also receive immediate access to our Emergency Response Team for temporary repairs right after the disaster, as well as our network or dedicated contractors in a variety of home service specializations to perform more long-term repair work as needed. No taking out emergency bank loans to cover your deductible or desperate searches for qualified repair technicians. It really is a VIP concierge program that does it all for you.

Although all of your DOP VIP benefits start from Day One of your membership, you must remain in the program for at least 30 days before you become eligible to receive monetary deductible compensation. This 30-day grace period begins on the first day of active membership.

Packages

As a residential or commercial member of DOP VIP, you can choose the amount of deductible offset protection you want. You may decide, for instance, to purchase enough DOP to completely cover your deductible, or you may choose to cover only some of it and pay the remaining deductible you’re still responsible for.
